these tips will help you be more productive during the day 🪄



Hello everyone today i'm sharing my daily tips many of you requested a thread about productivity so i'm writing here hope this will help



1 . Write a to do list first thing in the morning :

I always make sure to write it in the morning so grab your journal or notebook and put everything you have to do that day , the key ( small circle for a task , heart for selfcare , a star for important tasks or events and done for completed tasks ) this help me also every week i create a new page on my journal of my to do's


2 . Use notion :

for your daily to do's , put events on your calendar , if you have ideas , grocery list , weekly goals , plan your workouts the day before , budgetting ... you can get inspired from people templates on youtube , pinterest .... also you can get some ideas from my notion it's on my highlight story on ig anyways when i was studying notion helped me a lot with organisation , revision , projects that's why i love it



3. Limit distractions and focus only on the task you have to do :

yes turn off phone notifications and think about the happiness you will get when you finish the task think about watching your fav movie , going out as a reward let’s say you have to do your homework focus on it for 30 mn then take a break of 5 mn and repeat until you finish


4 . Get inspired from others :

Go to YouTube ,read articles , tiktok productive morning routine , read books : atomic habits is my fav and I highly recommend it you will start adding good habits do your daily routine ….. get inspired also from the moodboard on Twitter and Pinterest



5 . Create a vision board :

my fav is to create a private board on Pinterest where you put pictures that will inspire you so much to be your best self and achieve your goals check them everyday and add new ones so you will always think about the goal



6 . 5 or 4 Goals for the week :

Every week write what you want to do more ? What do you want to achieve ? Learn …. For example workout 3 times a week , revise biology ….

Always when you feel unmotivated go and check your goals list + Pinterest boards and just take action even if you don’t want to



7 . Create a morning and night routine
