Hello baes I hope y'all doing well , I had to make this article because I have a lot to share today : my April favs , new habits for this month , how to glowup before summer , wellness and Selfcare favs .... im so excited to finish my exams I will post a lot of articles this summer 🍵


My April favs :

Wellness and Selfcare : Pilates , headspace for meditation I loved it so much , my multivitamins , happiful magazine and elle , vogue , minimal Skincare routine : ice , avène cicalfate , la roche posay sunscreen , making lists , watching romcoms and movies , wellness documentaries and podcasts , journaling , natural deodorant


Makeup :

Lip oil , lip gloss and lip liner my essentials for spring also lash sensational mascara and highlighter



Movies and series :


Daisy jones and the six

Ghosted : I watched it yesterday and I loved it

Miss congeniality

While you were sleeping 1995 : I love this romcom


This what I watched for this month I was so busy with uni but I will watch movies more this week

For clothes I'm so obsessed with my denim jean that I got from bershka it's honestly the perfect jean i love it




May for Selfcare and wellness : goals and habits


I need to lower my stress levels , practice meditation more often , Pilates , maybe try yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️, breathwork , cold therapy for stress and anxiety , drink teas and get a magnesium supplement , read magazines and learn , listen to podcasts , read self help booksss more , healthy food , journaling more and CUT PROCESSED FOOD I struggle with this a lot it's one of my goals for this month , visualize my dream life everyday


Get new clothes , shop for my summer wardrobe , go more of solo dates go to the park and read my fav book and croissant



Get new perfumes I want to get new sweet perfumes for spring ( zadig and Voltaire , valentino ....... , new skincare products




Glowup :

My tips :

  • be consistent in your workout routine

  • Have a good skincare routine / less is more you only need moisturizer , spf , eau thermale for extra hydration

  • Make a summer 2023 goals

  • Read books more and listen to podcasts

  • focus on wellness : eat healthy , get supplements , go out in the sun , meditate, ask others ..

  • eat more veggies and fruits

  • Eat skin superfoods

  • Take care of your gut health

  • Make a morning and night routine


The important thing is to enjoy your daily routines : morning and night , romanticize your life
