My current workout routine 🌟


Hello baes i hope that y'all are doing well today , i was not posting these last months because i was focusing on uni but i'm back and today i'll share everything about fitness , wotkout routine , consistency and more so excited to share everything so first i will talk about what i'm currently obsessed with


Pilates :

I'm so obsessed with pilates , i feel so good when i do low impact workouts , to get better results it's better to do pilates and add weights



My fav influencers :

  1. Daisy keech : i love her quick workouts a lot i'm obsessed ( i need to get resistance bands ) i always do her workouts

  2. Alexis ren : i'm so glad that i found her youtube channel omg her workouts are amazing , try all of them

  3. Mary brown : she has a lot of workouts make a plan and do one each day i just did in the morning and i felt so happy after

  4. Isabelle mathers : she has workouts on her ig account , i want to go back to the gym just bc of her workouts

  5. Tasha franken : you can find her videos on youtube also she posts quick workouts on her ig account i also do these


sometimes i just find videos on ig , tiktok and do them so it depends


I love at home pilates a lot , i had a weekly plan but i noticed that i don't follow it everytime sometimes i'm so busy with uni , projects .. so i always forget to follow so what i currently do is that i plan my workouts and vids in google calendar and in the sorted app ( it's my fav app ) i'm so productive when i use it , then when i see that i have a core workout for example+ the link to the video i'm more motivated to do it , pinterest boards will motivate you a lot make boards about the future lifestyle you want to have one day and visualize everyday

The motivation and consistency :


We all forget to workout sometimes esp when we have a busy schedule in uni , work , projects so what i do these days is even if i'm so busy or tired i do at least 5 or 10 mn workouts


Stare at your visionboards and visualize your dream lifestyle ...


Go to the gym : some people don't like working out at home and they lost motivation so quickly , you should get a gym membership bc you will pay + you have to go there and workout so you will be more consistent with time



Breakfast : eat a yummy and nutritious breakfast because when you eat you will have the energy to workout also drink orange juice instead of coffee , don't forget your vitamins , drink waterrr


When you want to start working out don't think about the results or the body you want to have NO NO because if you do you will start 1 month you will not see results or changes then you quit , start doing pilates because it makes you feel so good i also noticed that low impact workouts help me a lot with bloating and that's amazing ( i will make a gut health article next )


Get cute workout set: this is important tooo , prepare your workout clothes the night before
