The secret of your future is hiding in your daily routine
When i was on holidays this january we had a month or more at home all i was doing is wasting my time , spending time on the for u page on tiktok , waking up at 11 am , skipping breakfast .. i wasn't productive at all i was unhappy everytime unfortunatly i kept this routine for a month yes i know it was such a big problem anyways then i was like i'm wasting a lot of my time doing nothing i'm not learning anything and i'm not happy i went back to my productive routine saw youtube videos on tiktok about this , podcasts , articles i started it now i'll give u my tips that really helped me
1 . Write a to do list first thing in the morning :
Yasss if you want to be productive and achieve all of your daily goals to do lists are the best you just need a journal or a note book and a pen believe me it's a life changer so what i do is i wake up at 9 sometimes 10 AM do my bed , coffee , clean the kitchen and then i write all of my important to do's / selfcare to do's / uni to do's / something to learn / and then mouvement ( i really like at home workouts i should get a resistance band ) so yeah this is it so easy and organized and i make sure to do all of them if i couldn't i'll do them the next day u can use to do lists apps too
2 . i plan my days in notion :
Yesss notionn is everything believe me i love it so helpful for uni ... i use it to plan my weekly wokouts it gives me a lot of motivation , i plan everything i should do that day like shopping days , what u want for breakfast , movies to watch , going to uni , write my notes and a lot more you can go to youtube to get free templates ... so yeah use notion
3 . listen to podcasts :
yeah i do it everytime they help a lot they motivate me to be the best version of my self my Favs are : anything goes Emma chamberlain , morning Rae , KONVERSATIONS , not your typical
4 . donāt touch the phone in the morning :
instead clean ur room prepare yummy nutritious breakfast , clean the kitchen , write to do lists while listening to podcast , go on a walk in the morning āØ
5 . make time for everything you want to do :
yes for example at 5 PM Iāll do yoga for 15 mn , in the morning Iāll take notes for 1 h using Pomodoro technique
6 . reward ur self :
take a break watch ur fav movie after studying ,do a quick workout , go eat something yummy ( my favs are Turkish sweets so yummm ) go buy something u wanted for so long , watch YouTube
7 . visualise ur dream day :
things you want to do that day that will make you happy like going outside and buy groceries, cook pancakes , workout do yoga , visualise your dream self what she does in the morning ? whats her style look like ? .....
so yeah this is all my tips Iām still working on keeping this routine everyday but itās okay if itās not like this everyday just Make sure to do at least 5 things a day you will be so proud of yourselfš¤šµ
