Hi besties I'm back āœØāœØ I missed posting here so much so I will make blog posts about Selfcare , nutrition , routines and more I have a lot ideas , so today I will share my daily favs šŸ’«



Wellness / Selfcare :


1 . Pilates : I'm so obsessed this week I started to workout at least for 10 or 20 mn a day I post my daily workouts on my ig , so my routine : waking up early clean my bed , drink water then immediately wear my workout clothes and do Pilates after that I eat my breakfast I feel that I'm more productive in the morning with this routine šŸ’«


2 . Journaling : I stopped writing my daily to do's , I write them in the sorted app instead + use google calendar for planning , I only do a mind map of my daily favs on my journal , monthly check in ,gratitude , and budgeting page that's all but when I have assignments I write on the journal ofc


3 . Early productive mornings


4. Ice cubes in the morning : my fav thing to do in the morning


5 . Daily walks when it's sunny out


6. Discovering new podcasts


7. weekly and monthly Selfcare routine : i got inspired from @voguewrld on Twitter and made mine it's so cool now I look forward to do the routines every week and every month for example : face mask and face massage every week , lymphatic drainage



8 . Saving money each month


9. Making ins and out for every month

Nutrition :


  1. Vitamin c : Orange juice everyday in the morning

  2. Nuts : I really love cashews , almonds and hazelnuts

  3. Vegetables and fruits everyday : I'm obsessed with fennel , potato and carrot soup so healthy and good for the gut / fruits : oranges , kiwis and bananas

  4. I stopped eating processed food it's the best decision I ever made

  5. No cafe in the morning

  6. Drinking a lot of water

  7. Focusing more on nutritious food and Whole Foods



Series :

I only watched kdrama this month my favs are

  1. Weightlifting fairy Kim : I really loved this kdrama it's so cuteeeee and I loved every ep

  2. alchemy of souls saison 2 : the besttttt

  3. My first first love : I really loved This one tooooo I needddd more kdrama like this give some recs

i was listening to sza album all month on repeat yes I'm obsessed
